Following the President's announcement on the 23rd March, Bathu has instituted the following measure to comply with the National Lock down plan.
Bathu remain committed to assisting our customers, employees and government in minimising the effect of Covid-19 on our country and we fully support the National Lockdown plan as announced by our President.
1. ALL of our stores will close on their respective closing times on Thursday the 26th March 2020. Check this page for more info on our stores closing times.
2. Our stores will remain closed for the duration of the National Lock down as they are not deemed to sell essential services or products.
1. Our online store will remain open for for the duration of the National Lock down. We will be accepting orders, and our customer service team will be available to respond to queries. If you need to get in touch with us please use the following contact details:

2. While our online store will be open and available, we will unfortunately not be able to ship orders to reach customers in time as our couriers will not be available to deliver. Here's our delivery guideline:
a. If you placed and paid for your order on or before the 24th March 2020, your order will be dispatched and should reach you before the National Lock down commences anywhere in the country
If you have chosen to pay for your order using bank deposit/manual eft, please ensure that your proof of payment reaches us as soon as possible on the 24th March so that we can get your order out quickly.
b. If you have placed and paid for your order after the 24th March 2020, we cannot guarantee that you will get your Bathu until after the Lock Down ends.
We are doing our best to help our couriers get our Bathu parcels delivered as quickly as possible, but delivery times do depend on where we are delivering to.
