This role will best suit a proactive and high energy individual who loves to work with people. You must be unrelenting at ensuring excellent customer service is afforded to our clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Completed Grade 12
  • A Valid South African Drivers License
  • 2-3 Year Retail Experience or in the similar role
  • Computer Literate
  • Excellent Communication Skills in South African Languages
  • A Completed Relevant NQF Level 6 Degree or Diploma (Advantageous)

Role Deliverables:

  • Ensure the customer service team is well informed and working optimally on client logged calls
  • Ensure all social media queries referred internally by the Social Media Team and all integrated queries on our system(s) are answered diligently and accurately
  • Ensure that all calls are answered in a professional and concise manner, including monitoring that your team are sticking to the opening greeting script, striving for First Call Resolution (FCR)
  • Ensure that your team has an in dept knowledge of internal processes, products, our stores and their operating hours
  • Ensure that you have astute emotional intelligence and excellent problem solving skills with the capability to de-escalate upset clients 
  • Ensure to keep well updated records and have the ability to see trends of queries and to provide insightful feedback to the business on required improvements

Ensure the team always has phone etiquette and the ability to represent the business well with every client encounter, closing all calls within adequate time frames
