To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return my Bathu?

  • You are welcome to return your Bathu at your closest Bathu store. To find your closest store, head to https://www.bathu.co.za/pages/store-locator
  • If you would like to return your order online, please enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click 'Start'
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your Bathu within 7 days of receipt of your shipment provided they are: 

  • in their original condition,
  • unworn, undamaged and, 
  • in their original packaging.

Free gifts, sale, and/or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges if you return your Bathu in-store. 
  • You will be liable for the charges of returning your parcel to our online location.
  • We can also arrange to collect your Bathu from you for a R100 return fee. 

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, or we will process a refund to your bank account within 10 working days.
